What the hell is a so named spamblocker/filter/whatever that blocks or delayed mails from a server that proveable never send out spam, act as spamrelay or anything else that can maybe explain that?

Ok, in some brains a good idea to block all mails, spam or not...

That won't work folkz!

I will inform the touched users on an other way and let them know what's going on. My last Q about that is unanswered from you since 3 month...

That's not the point... If you want servers that haven't been busted (yet) talking to yours the first time, get RBLs. Greylisting seems to be working as advertised for you. Does it eventually talk to those servers and mail get exchanged?
